New Construction Inspections

This takes place before you take possession of a newly constructed home.

Pre-listing Inspections

This is a seller’s inspection to understand what items may come up in a future inspection before your home is put on the market to make it easier to sell your home.

Warranty Inspections

This is a recommended inspection for new homes where the builder’s warranty (12 months) is about to expire; typically done at 11 months.

Buyers Home Inspections

Takes place before you close on your investment to get a better understanding of the condition of the home you’re purchasing.

Maintenance Inspections

This inspection will identify to the owner of upcoming maintenance and issues that may need to be addressed to avoid expensive future repairs.

Single Family Homes:

1500 Sq Ft or less: $425
For each additional 500 Sq Ft up to 4000 Sq Ft: $50 4001+ Sq Ft: $75 (Example 4025 Sq Ft Home= $425+$300+$75=$800)

Condominium:

1000 Sq Ft or less: $350
For each additional 500 Sq Ft: $50
(Example 1450 Sq Ft Condo=$350+$50=$400)

Multiplexes:

Up to 2 units: $600
For each additional unit: $75 (Example 4 Multiplex Units= $600+$150-$750)

Radon:

$150 Individual or $125 when booked with inspection.

Sewer Scope:

$150 Individual or $125 when booked with inspection.

Total Home Inspection Premium Package:

Starting at $675* (*includes Radon and Sewer Scope).

Travel Fees:

30-50 miles: $75, 50-100 miles: $100

Additional Fees or Services to be determined:

Detached Structures, ADU’s.
